The products, application techniques, processing times, step sequence, and any additional methods used (such as gentle heat with Step 2 when appropriate) are selected by your stylist based on your hair's current needs, condition, and treatment goals.

As your hair changes over time, your treatment plan may also change. For this reason, please do not expect each appointment to be identical to your previous visit. Every session is customised to achieve the best possible results for your hair on that day.
